SUPPLYOF 6480 SAVING AND CREDITS BOOKLETS, 245 REGISTERS, 216 STAMPS, 216 INKPADS, AND 216 INKS TO INADES-FORMATION RWANDA

1. INADES-Formation Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) is implementing the project entitled : «Projet de renforcement des capacités socio-économiques des femmes rwandaises à travers l’agriculture familiale et la microfinance communautaire pour un développement durable, Phase II », with the funds from Basque Government via ALBOAN in the districts of NGOMA, RWAMAGANA, BUGESERA, NYARUGURU, NYAMAGABE and HUYE. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
Under the funds of the Basque Government through ALBOAN, INADES-Formation Rwandainvites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of 6480 saving and credits booklets, 245 registers, 216 stamps, 216 inkpads and 216 inks to INADES-Formation Rwanda.
2. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from INADES-Formation Rwanda head office located at Remera in Gasabo District behind Remera Main Buses Park, about 1km from the International Airport of Kigali, close to “Centre Christus” upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 FRW to the Account N° 00040-00002903-26 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) in the name of INADES-Formation Rwanda.
3. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 15th, April 2026, 09:00 AM
at INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat.

5. Well printed bids, properly bound, must be submitted to INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat not later than 27th April 2026 at 14:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
at INADES-Formation Rwanda head office on 27th April 2025 at 14:30 PM
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title, bidder name and email for notification purpose.
