Re: ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR
BIOSAFETY CABINETS IN DIFFERENT PUBLIC HEALTHCARE FACILITIES
RMS LTD invites eligible bidder to submit the offer for the establishment of a framework agreement for MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR BIOSAFETY CABINETS as indicated in the schedule of requirements. Such agreement shall be implemented by signing a framework agreement. The framework agreement(s) shall be conducted for a period of 2-years renewable once upon satisfactory performance by the contractor.
The tender document shall be obtained from RMS Head Office on working day 07:30am to 5pm local time, from Monday to Friday, upon presentation of the proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan Francs or its equivalent in freely convertible currency paid to one of the following accounts: 1000009586 (Currency: FRW) and 1000009624 (Currency: US$) – Swift Code: BNRWRWRW) of CAMERWA ASBL opened at NATIONAL BANK OF RWANDA and 00040-00049366-26 of RMS LTD, opened in BANK OF KIGALI.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security of 2% of the total unit prices of the bid, duly signed and
sealed by the guarantor.
The bids remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
Further, RMS Ltd now requests you to submit your quotation for MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR BIOSAFETY CABINETS IN DIFFERENT PUBLIC HEALTHCARE FACILITIES, under this price offer and subsequent contract agreement shall be defined in the INCOTERMS 2020.
Deadline for Submission of Quotation: You are requested to submit your quotation at the reception of the address below before 11/5/2026 at 10:00am local time. Late bids will not be accepted. Clarifications may be requested within three-sixths (3/6) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication
