Job Title: Social Media & Content Strategist
Location: Rwanda
Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Strategist to strengthen our online presence, tell impactful stories, and engage our audience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media and content strategies aligned with the Foundation’s mission
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms
- Manage and grow social media accounts and online communities
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase visibility and engagement
- Monitor analytics and performance to optimize content and campaigns
- Capture and share impactful stories from the field
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Creativity and ability to produce engaging multimedia content
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for social impact and community development
