Jhpiego hereby invites national bidders to submit quotations for the supply of the following Equipment. Participation in this competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specializing.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

For clarity, this invitation for bids is divided into Four (4) lots as follows:

• Lot 1, Lot 2 Lot 3 and Lot 4: List of the Items is below to this IFB 

Eligibility Documents (mandatory, to be included in the technical proposal):

• RDB Registration Certificate (with the main activity relevant to the subject of this tender).
•  Valid RSSB Certificate 
•  Valid Tax clearance Certificate 
• Three (3) similar certificates of Good Completion for tenders executed 
• Mandatory bid security of 3% for the total amount of each Lot 
• Rwanda FDA import license 
• Warrant
• Delivery Time 

Quotation Format:

Each envelope of each lot:

1. TechnicalProposal(eligibilitydocuments,ProductsCatalogue,technical specifications, compliance table, delivery schedule)
2. Financial Proposal (price, delivery and, Quotation validity)

-Prices must be quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF), all-. Any price escalation clauses must be clearly stated.

NB: 

1. The vendor has the right to apply for one LOT.
2. The bidder should have a physical address and demonstrate the company capacity to supply similar Equipment.
